BARBANGSA JALAIDE (Chairperson) is a Registered Social Worker by profession. He finished his BS Social Work from the Western Mindanao State University; his Master's in Public Administration with specialization in Organizational Management from Mindanao State University at Tawi-Tawi; and has completed academic requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy in Peace and Development at Notre Dame University. He is a 2015 regional and national Gawad Kalasag awardee. He is currently the Municipal Social Welfare Officer of Turtle Islands.
DR BAGIAN ALEYSSA ABDULKARIM (Director - Research and International Linkages) is a Registered Social Worker by profession. She was Dean of the College of Social Work, Western Mindanao State University, from September 1, 1997, to May 30, 2006, and became dean again in 2014. Dr. Abdulkarim was Vice President – Mindanao of the National Association for Social Work Education Incorporated (NASWEI) from 2016 to 2018. She sits on the International Advisory Board of the Asian Social Work Journal (ASWJ). She is currently a Special Assistant to the VP-Research Extension Services and External Linkages.
DEXTER A. ALAWI (Director - Youth and Sports Development) is an AB English graduate from Mindanao State University at Tawi-Tawi, and a graduate of Certificate and Master's degree in Physical Education and Sports at the National College of Physical Education (NCPE). He was the Provincial Coordinator of the ARMM-BRIDGE Project and College Instructor at ACLC. He is a multi-awarded fellow in the area of student leadership and sports. He was a former College Instructor at Batangas State University and Adamson University.
NURHAM HUSSIN (Director - Law, Governance and Development) is a Political Science graduate and had earned master's units in Public Administration from Mindanao State University at Tawi-Tawi, and is currently pursuing his law studies at Western Mindanao State University Zamboanga City. His development work exposure ranges from Adolescence Sexual and Reproductive Health (with Health Organization for Mindanao), Community development (with ARMM Social Fund Project), project supervision (with Department of Social Welfare and Development Region IX), and had gained expertise in geo-tagging, community organizing, facilitation and coordination, computer literacy, training documentation, small scale infrastructure project monitoring and subproject liquidation. He had a brief stint in the BARMM in the Office of the Deputy Chief Minister for Island Provinces.
NOOR MOHAMMAD SAADA (Director - Peacebuilding, Minority Community and Development) is a Registered Nurse by profession, an independent development consultant, and formerly Assistant Secretary of DepEd-ARMM. He finished his BS Nursing from Western Mindanao State University; his Master's in Public Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management and Development from Mindanao State University at Tawi-Tawi; and has completed academic requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy in Peace and Development at Notre Dame University. He had extensive work experience in aid-funded project assessment, design, and development, management, monitoring, and evaluation. He had worked in ARMM as well as had worked exposure across Mindanao and in Makati. He is currently project manager for the AECID-funded "Modelling Inter-LGU Alliance in Basilan" (MILAB) Project - Phase 2.
