Overview

The "Binhi of Peace and Change Inc" (BPCI) or simply "Binhi" is a non-government organization (NGO) registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under registration number CN 201640117. It builds from the now-defunct PROJECT Inc which was organized in 2006.

A. Vision - "Empowered People, Resilient Communities and Forward-Driven Sustainable Initiatives"
It shall pursue the initiatives on peace and development as fundamentally defined and determined by the level of awareness of the people in the community. It shall conduct its development undertakings by initiating and generating the latent energies and resources of the people through self-discovery and self-help.

B. Mission - "Pursuit of Lifelong Learning and Development through Proactive Formation, Reformation, and Transformation at Personal and Communal Levels"
Binhi operates on the principle of development as integral to human aspirations and on the basis of social experiences. It is set upon the tasks of reliving the values and other traditional elements that have been expressive of the essential in the human relationship especially in the dispensation of justice. 

Binhi pursues the initiatives on peace and development as fundamentally defined and determined by the level of awareness of the people in the community. It seeks to promote learning as an individual and social responsibility.

C. Goal - "Development, Empowerment, and Transformation"
Development and Empowerment of the people geared toward Community Transformation

D. Objectives - "To Build Relationship and Assist in Capacitation for Positive Change - Possibilities for Change, and Change for Possibilities"
To promote strategic helping relationship with clienteles, such as individuals, groups, families, and communities as well as partners and stakeholders in the achievement of change that they need to improve their situations;

To provide assistance for building the capacities of Local Social Formations, POs, and communities through orientations and training in order to attain Change and Social Justice for all.
